Subject: [QUAD-L] For the ladies (Sex with a foley catheter)
You could put a little more in water in the ballon to make the cath more Secure
and tape the cath to your thigh if you'd like for even more security. Depends
on how active you plan on getting.
THE MOST Important thing to do is ... TO HAVE FUN AND LAUGH A LOT!!!
FYI ~ I had a small bowl movement
Amen 3 don't worry...have fun!
Congratulations on you're lucky in love!! I wish you much happiness.

Do any of you non vent quads feel like you need oxygen ?
I'm a C/5 and often feel like I'm not getting enough air, like I can't breath
deep enough.
My oxygen count is high enough, around 94 or higher.
Thx, Greg
yeah, i was 33 with 2 preteens. mine asked me if i wanted to consider a
hysterectomy. with my husband having a vasectomyi told him no. i later had
a an ablation. what a blessing that was. something some young females might
want to consider if you don't want children. no more periods!!!
yes, i got the veralite icon (air) back. it's high and only about 2 inches from
my lower back to my butt. it looks like an office chair. if it didn't work, i
was going to ask for the jay 3. my cushion is a veralite too. i like the
backmy butt doesn't stick out either. that was not cool.
I kinda get that way Greg, when i do, I use a pro-aire inhailer, it seems to
help, I really need it in winter months and in summer if it is hot or I get
overheated. Dan H**

oh hush w...enjoy liz, you'll be just fine!
On the male side, it can be done safely. Remember that irritation can cause
other issues. Bacteria in the urine can cause other types of issues. Hope
your new relationship understands, takes their time and has patience.
Good Luck to both
liz,
i'm 25 years post and have been married almost 40 years. we've never
experienced a foley coming out. (being that your a quad, i'm going to assume
he'll be some what gentle) at any rate my husband changes my foley every 2
weeks. it can be taught. it's not difficult. it shouldn't happen.
