i use to exercise, but over the last year i do 5 minutes and i'm totally out of breath.

Greg, I do the same thing sometimes not knowing weather i'm hot or cold. Mostly
hot & I have panic attacks. I take Xanac when it happens.

with water in it. You need some lorezapam or other anxiety medication for at
night when your stuck in bed. I get feeling crazy inside myself
