An abdominal Binder can keep a quad belly at bay if you don't eat too much.
I, however, manage to eat a little bit too much and now have a quad belly.
I swore I'd never would, but it's definitely appeared over the last couple
of years.
My Binder is 10 inches wide and doesn't ride up on me, but I d
as they do stretch out of shape. i have a custom fit corset through
orthotics for low bp and scoliosis.

I finely got my weight off the bed from an ER visit.
Not sire how accurate they are though.
I know if you use a lift to transfer, you can get a small scale that goes
between the lift and the sling or grab-bar. Those are p
a lot of rehab facilities have a flat scale for measuring weight. First
they roll the chair empty and calculate the weight. Then they load you in the
chair and weigh again. Subtract the lower amount from the larger amount and
Wa Laa. Bingo

No suggestions from me though on the butt spread. Radical weight loss only
through small food intake and proper food works for me. I do not feel
