Ron, I agree with your regarding the small, (stock) alternator, however,
when it comes to Quad Drivers, especially in areas of extreme weather
conditions, both hot and cold, a second battery could save one's life.

Like I said before what is ruining you battery is the drainage before you start
it up. Get the biggest battery you can fit in the van and start engine as soon

EMC systems must be updated every 2-3 years with the controls going back to
Louisania for upgrades and repairs. When was the last time you did that?

Hey,
One battery is not enough with EMC systems. Consider an additional
battery, mounted in the rear of your van. Its an engineered system that is well
worth the effort, time and money. An its better then changing any battery
every 18 months.
