If the old pipe had even a minute pin hole, It would draw air throught

It's probably already sripped for the fiesta parts. As a Quantum its
value is low but as a pile of parts its worth a lot more. We have
already seen Duttons scrapped to rebuild MK1 Escorts. Lets hope this

Spoke to Anthony at Fast Road Cars who confirmed that the main jets
were way too big at 170. I need to measure the venturi size so that he
can tell me the base sizes I need but more likely to be in the region
of 145 main and i55 air correction. I'll post all the findings for
future ref once I
Hi Trevor,
I have just fitted twin Weber DCNFs to my 2+2 and the difference is
dramatic. Combined with a Kent CVH22 camshaft, it really transforms the
car. A bit fidly to set up but worth it.

You have to be very careful that anything you do doesn't harm the cat,
or it's owner may ring your doorbell. We have a few cats in our street

Why not be the first to put the Jag engine and running gear into a 2+2
Now that's what you call a project, although a bit more than
"tinkering"
Good luck with the auction and have fun with the jag (he says with
just a hint of jealousy).

The very first phrase in the statement is important.
"In the departments view"
This means that it is someones interpretation of the current
legislation and whilst the route to that conclusion is perfectly
logical, it is open to debate. It is unlikely (although not impossible)
that you would be
Thanks Andy.
I know you don't have this car any more but do you have a picture from the
windscreen side that shows the vacuum pipes etc.
