I had a quick try with Virtual Machine Manager UI (using QEMU/KVM) with

but It didn't work. So, I tried it in the respective template and it did work.
However, that packet is still not avalable in
Problem solved, the method is still usable, and was due to my own
incompetence. The error only appeared since I was attempting to convert a
template vm to a disposable vm template, rather than just converting an
appvm, based on the template vm, to become a disposable vm template.
