bSomething interesting with pqR: I was working through the ASDAR book in Chapter 2. In the accompanying code, one of the chunks said, this takes a long time. I timed it with R-3.0.1 and got 17.28 elapsed time. In pqR, it only took 8.513 in elapsed time. Not too shabby! Thanks, Erin
