I don't experience Radio connection issues to my network or SBS or MySB (I'm in the US so that might be why MySB isn't an issue for me). Are you both on the EU server for MySB? I unplug my Radio, move it to other parts of the house, plug it back in, it connects to my network without issue, and

I was excited to see that BB had the Radio on sale for $149 this week. Only one store in my state (there are 5 or 6) had it in stock. I went to my local store to see if they at least had a display model too see - nothing there, either. It's unfortunate as there's no way to audition this unit
