Hi erland,
thanks (again). I have custom clock helper installed and am trying to
work out how to use it. It looks like item1 is meant for the time and it
will always be centred in height on the screen, correct? The margin will
allow movement to the right. How do you change the size/font of the

There is a item1position which controls the vertical positioning.
Unfortunately there seems to be a bug in Custom Clock Helper so it isn't
shown when you
Thanks for the tip! I've installed the addon, but for the life of me I
can't figure out how to configure it? Unlike some other addons there
seems to be no config page. My point, tho, is it would be nice if this
kind of configurability was standard, like it is with the Boom etc.

Hi, I have also the problem of installing 3rd pary apps. For example I
would like to install the Daylight clock and after choosing it in the

I don't experience Radio connection issues to my network or SBS or MySB

you both on the EU server for MySB?
I unplug my Radio, move it to other parts of the house, plug it back
in, it connects to my network without issue, and
I like this and it has worked flawlessly so far. However, a couple of

It looks like only the power on buttons and the pre-set buttons will
start the radio from a stopped/power off state.
However, lets assume someone else is already sleeping and you want to

Pressing Play will also power on and resume play, whatever was playing
when turned off (standby).
There are two off modes using the ON/OFF button:
1. standby: quick press of ON/OFF button, clock will show (if chosen
as the OFF screensaver)
Resume from standby: ON button, Play button, Presets

Still -- the power button is really more of a stop or pause

Just a tangent to the rest of this thread, but it seems that the play

I'm having the same issue. I bought into the Squeezebox product line
specifically because I could stream Sirius Satellite radio. Very
dissapointed and i hope this issue is resolved soon.

When the alarm is used, the hard off seems to work, but then it turns on

Hi Erland,
I tried stopping SBS and editing the customclockhelper.prefs file but
it didn't work. I tried added item1position: and item1position: '' but
neither made the option appear. In fact adding the lines meant my custom
clock no longer appeared in the pull down list.
Any other ideas? Do
I was excited to see that BB had the Radio on sale for $149 this week.
Only one store in my state (there are 5 or 6) had it in stock. I went to
my local store to see if they at least had a display model too see -
nothing there, either.
It's unfortunate as there's no way to audition this unit

was dissapointed at this issue. Hope the 7.5 update provides a fix as
