Hi all,
I want to display the caller number of my asterisk telephony-server on
my squeezebox radio, but I realized, that probably the syntax of the
display and show comand has changed. Only the line1 and line2 parameter
work, but not the additional parameters like duration, centered,
charset,
We always get ripped off! You get used to it after a while.

After playing around a while with it a realize, that the quality of
matching pictures largely differ.
Sometimes I get really cool pictures of life performances.
Sometimes I get pictures over pictures of Jeans (when using 'Avril
Lavigne' for instance after 3 pictures).
Sometimes I get mostly
I now have the kit and batteries, but am not sure what sort of wire to
use to connect the batteries? I'm not particularly experienced in this
sort of thing!
Can anyone advise on what sort of wire is required, and where I would
be able to get some from?

These ports is only for your *internal* squeezebox server on your own
network. If you are running squeezeboxserver on a computer localy this
must be open in your PC's firewall NOT the router for your squeezebox to
see the server, have noting to do with mysqueezebox.com or internet
radio.

I fixed this in 7.5.0 firmware for the SB Touch skin last week but
didn't realize that it was messed up on the Radio skin too. It's on my
list to attend to next week, thanks for pointing it out.

simplified characters, which means leaves lots of gaps all around. It's

Do you plan to change ratings on the Squeezebox or just view them ?
If you just plan to view them I think you can configure MediaMonkey to
write ratings to the music files. If standard Squeezebox Server doesn't
pick them up during scanning, you should be able to use the Rating Tag
scanning

it can be resolved. Honva, how does one get an online interface? I need

I managed to find appropriate wire and have been building the battery
pack.

I was curious and measured the power consumption of the radio with a
KillaWatt meter today. I was quite surprised and impressed that the
radio uses even less power than my SB3. I was expecting the other way
because the radio uses a relatively high 18V supply compared to the 5V
on the SB3.

If you are running 7.5 try Settings/Advanced/Beta Features/ and set a
Shortcut key to Text Mode. Then when you press and hold this key in a
list it allows you to scroll by letter,
