These ports is only for your *internal* squeezebox server on your own network. If you are running squeezeboxserver on a computer localy this must be open in your PC's firewall NOT the router for your squeezebox to see the server, have noting to do with mysqueezebox.com or internet radio. --

Thanks for the instructions above -- it does work. But for me the new font makes the menus look weird, and does not have a complete set of simplified characters, which means leaves lots of gaps all around. It's a bit crappy. And having to SSH in to my radio to kludge it is not what I call

Do you plan to change ratings on the Squeezebox or just view them ? If you just plan to view them I think you can configure MediaMonkey to write ratings to the music files. If standard Squeezebox Server doesn't pick them up during scanning, you should be able to use the Rating Tag scanning

I was curious and measured the power consumption of the radio with a KillaWatt meter today. I was quite surprised and impressed that the radio uses even less power than my SB3. I was expecting the other way because the radio uses a relatively high 18V supply compared to the 5V on the SB3.
