I managed to find appropriate wire and have been building the battery pack.
I'm pretty sure that I have everything connected properly, but when I put the battery into the radio it recognises that it's there, but says that the battery is not charging. >From the instructions the only piece that I'm not certain about is where the 'tap' leads should be connected and how to tell which is battery 3 and 7.
