As has been suggested already, you can do this now!
Point Squeeze Server to *any* music on your computer or HDD or NAS and
your SB player will play it.
So just point Squeeze Server to your Zune

Just wanted to provide an update with some weirdness I saw this morning
with my SB Radio after updating to 7.4.2.
1. Was listening to my own content (on 24/7 WHS box) last night.
2. Powered off the SB Radio after using iPeng to change my alarm time
to 7:00 AM.
3. This morning got a loud burst of
I have two squeezeboxes on one network and my Dad has one at home on his

When you use an external source via line input, does it shut down the
rest of the radio functions? That is, can you, for example, keep an iPod
dock connected to the line input but still stream music or do you have
to plug and unplug the external source?
Thanks.

I think it's very unfair that people can't buy batteries unless they
have a Radio. Logitech should offer batteries for all its Squeezebox
products.

I tried the PFPortchecker and somehow it seems that my ports are not

I really thought I had set port forwarding up correctly (logitech

That sounds good; what has to be done to request this?
I thought I already had a bug on having an alarm screensaver mode, but can't
find it via search. Perhaps it was closed, or I had added it as a comment to
another bug?
Anyway, rather than raise another one, for now I added it as a comment

All of these functions should be built into the radio firmware.
Or rather the artwork resizing function shouldn't be controlled by the knob at
all. It feels unexpected and laggy to me. i.e. a slow rotation of knob does
nothing; a fast rotation of the knob changes the artwork size but feels
