If it happens again contact support. There was an "oops" in Radio
manufacturing where they assigned the same MAC to multiple units.
A rare but possible cause that only customer support can fix.

is it normal behaviour for stations i have stored as 'favourites' on
mysqueezebox.com to play using 2 or more different streams? noticed
this morning that the 2 or 3 bbc stations i listen to each day are
outputting different bitrates. eg bbc 6 music has been streaming using

I have just added a radio replacing a Pure internet radio. Sound is
much better. Controls are like night and day. My initial thought was
"I should have bought this years ago"

I have my music on a NAS device and need a Samba client so I can access
it. I put it there so I don't have to have the computer on all the
time to get music. The Squeezebox App has to run on a full computer.
This code is freely available and I have it installed on my Mvix Ultio
but, of course

Unless Logitech decides owners of the older SliMP3, Squeezebox 1/2/3,
Squeezebox Receiver, Squeezebox
I think you may have a couple misconceptions. First, the Squeezebox
Server (SBS) doesn't require a "full computer". SBS runs on many NASs,
even on plug computers.
Second, SMB is a file transfer protocol, not an audio streaming
protocol. Even if you had a Samba client on your SB Radio, it wouldn't

Sorry but it's yet another Alarm thread... I had read the other alarm
threads but was overly comforted by comments saying that a 24/7 server
