And the Logitech en-ca (Canadian) website still shows availability of
March 2010...so I wouldn't put too much stock in their website!!!
Jakearam
this, including the availability date of March 2010 on their
Canadian website (I even provided the URL). The March 2010 date is
still there...thanks for listening Logitech. I'll delete your customer
satifaction survey the next time and prevent myself from wasting
valuable seconds completing it
ogitech's
ridiculous policy??! So much for inventory segregation. Well done
Logitech, way to annoy a nation of consumers!! I've told everyone I
know who was considering a purchase.
Just my two cents.

You are probably right. Alas, I ran out of patience and ordered today
via a colleague in the U.S..
I figured: "best to have
of availability.
Anyway, I've enjoyed the discussion and hopefully I will receive
something soon via the U.S. ...but I'm not setting any expectations!

nada to even have "pre-order" as an option. For now, I
will enjoy my Radio that I can't listen to outside without running
extension cords and which doesn't have alarm battery backup in the
event of power failure. Great.
Thanks for the feedback and purchasing

> How did you get on the Radio with WinSCP? All i get is:
Just change the "File Protocol" type on the WinSCP login screen to
"SCP" (see the attached jpeg).
Ignore any error messages and
is location and replace the default. It
is also a good idea to reduce the fallback alarm volume as indicated in
this thread as I found it was playing even my "replacement" fallback
alarm.mp3 at heart attack levels!!
Worked like a charm
soon.
Cheers and have a pleasant evening.

ing addresses. They also couldn't tell me why
the Logitech.com U.S. website said both "pre-order" and "in stock" on
the same page. Again, just recounting facts here.

timely!
I would like to agree with you that Logitech is working to make a
battery available to Canadian customers but, sadly, their official
Canadian website does not convey this intent.
Also, I'm neither yelling nor calling anyone names.

purchases, so let's keep the drama out of this.
Logitech, please do something to inform/update your Canadian customers
who have purchased this product and future Canadian customers who may
be considering purchasing (or reading this forum!).

for one, feel that I have paid for something that does not currently
have the promised functionality. Logitech is a big company, if their
battery supplier can't meet the forecasted demand, find a new supplier.
These are batteries, not artificial hearts for crying out loud!!!
