Not using LMS. I only "updated" to UE because my local station ( WAEB AM

Since my local station ( WAEB AM 790, Allentown, PA) no longer works
with Radio Time Tunein, I updated my SB Radio to UE so I could install
the Iheart app.. No problem, all went well UNTIL I now tried, via I
Heart, to play said station.
It works fine on my Ipad and PC via Iheart. On the updated

I don't have my radio on right now but I BELIEVE the newest version is
7.7.1. You can also update the firmware manually in the advanced setting
section.

clock comes on in about 10 seconds after it starts playing.

Mine used to exactly that until they did the 7.6 update months ago. Not
sure if it is a bug or they changed the way the radio works from a LONG
power off now ( even with 7.7)..

You can do a firmware rollback on your Squeezebox Radio.
1. Unplug the radio
2. Hold the rewind button
3. Plug back in while holding the rewind button
4. Let go of rewind button when you see Logitech Logo
You should now be on 7.5.4

they are not the same... Luckly mine is and believe it or
not it really does come in handy :) Just this morning I went out to mow
and put my local station on pause. One hour later I hit play and bingo,
right were I left it.. Me likey.. :)

Some stations indeed do buffer their playback. What I do is press
another preset button and then a preset to the staion I was listening
too. Of course this helps if that station is already assigned a preset.
When I do that it catches up to the live stream. Hope this helps...
