I've been streaming CBC 1 Saskatchewan (I'm guessing this is your
station) without any issues.
Try connecting directly to MySB.com to stream it, this will take your
NAS out of the equation, see how it does then.

I know this doesn't sound very helpful, but it might help pinpoint the

for much of the day and had almost no problems. At one point around

I am still having trouble with the CBC 1 feeds, i have removed,
reinstalled, and then ditched entirely the CBC radio app. i have
connected directly to the CBC local streams, but the constant buffering
makes listening to CBC impossible. ANY help with this would be greatly

Hi Mlaurence,
It was kind of you to provide information regarding the solution that
you found regarding accessing CBC stations. In particular, I am deeply
appreciative of your kindness in providing the various URLs, not the
least of which is the one for CBC One Sudbury.
Although I have yet to tr
I've been playing around with this and found a solution that works for
now, hopefully for good.
Apparently the streaming URLs of all the CBC stations have changed. You
can find the new locations on the radio by searching for the stations by
name. Go to Search and enter CBC Montreal, and it will f
Hi Mlaurence,
I should have noted that I do not use the alarm function of the SBR. I
tried it once, but determined that it was more effective to use a small
alarm clock.
This morning, I was able to access CBC Sudbury via a preset. I did not
try to tune in to other stations but will make an attem
Same problems this morning. I had CBC Montreal on the alarm but it
failed to start and then I couldn't tune in any stations until I
rebooted the radio. After that, I couldn't tune in any CBC stations
using my presets or the CBC app.
Then I tried something different. I used Search to look for Curr
This morning, it was a pleasure listening to Marcus on his CBC One
program, Morning North, from Sudbury. In addition, I was able to access
various CBC One stations. I am delighted that the problem experienced
over the past many days has apparently been solved. I hope the issue
has been put to rest
Hi Ron,
My setup is similar to yours as are my continuing problems with
accessing CBC One and Two stations. This morning, I connected to a
number of stations and then made the silly error in turning off my
radio. Even though I had listened to CBC One Victoria, Sudbury, and
Halifax a few minutes e
I can go to the same CBC Radio 2 feeds via my Windows laptop (Vista) and
they play fine. It's on the same wifi router box.
On my SBR when trying to play them it says: Connect timed out:
Transport endpoint is not connected. At other times the error message
is: Error reading headers: ..

Toby10, thank you for trying to access a few CBC stations on my behalf.
It was kind of you to take the time.
Mlaurence, last evening I was able to access CBC Sudbury, Victoria, St.
Johns, and Halifax for a time, but often experienced the same problem
that you noted in your post. This morning, I w
I am having trouble again with CBC Radio 1 in Montreal today. In fact,
when I go there it freezes the Squeezebox Radio and I have to reboot it
to continue.
Fortunately my other CBC presets are working: Halifax, Toronto,
Winnipeg, and Vancouver are all operating normally. I like to be able

Thanks Mlaurence and mftech for replying to my question about access
problems with CBC Radio One and Two.
Last evening, I was able to briefly access some CBC stations, but today
the problem continues. When pushing my presets or attempting to access
CBC stations via Search, or via the CBC ap, the
I've always had trouble with the CBC Radio 1 Montreal preset, but I
loaded it as a custom station and it is working for me right now. I'm
also getting the preset stations from Halifax and Vancouver. Hopefully
it was just a glitch for you. I'd hate to lose the CBC.

Greetings to all:
Since yesterday, I have been unable to access CBC Radio One and Two
stations. I have also tried the CBC app, but to no avail. Considering
that I am able to access all other stations, I suspect this is a CBC
issue but would like to know if any other users are experiencing the
