I'm having the same problem. Wifi connects but no DCHP address aquired. This was working fine with 7.4.x but after upgrading to 7.5.x, the DHCP is not reliable. I switched to static IP on the Radio and it appears to be working fine. Mark -- mdv

I know nothing about SB Radio, but: 1. Do you have enough free IP addresses in the DHCP pool? 2. Is your DHCP pool configured for dynamic IP assignments or you use IP address reservations? 3. Do you have configured any MAC address access-list that may be blocking your Radio? 4. Check logs on

1. yes, remember: with Ethernet it works fine 2. I tried both, same result 3. I do not use any MAC address filters, they are useless because unsecure, I use WPA2-PSK 4. logs see below 5. The AP shows associated, but the IP is shown as 0.0.0.0 Interface Dot11Radio0, Station 0004.2026.3881

no, I have 50 addresses out of a C-class, currently about 10 are in use, the DHCP server is a Windows Server. The AP is an 600 USD Enterprise device from Cisco and can handle a lot of clients. -- michael.tanner

Hi all, I have problems using Squeezebox Radio with WLAN. The link is established, however the Radio tells me he get no IP and asks me if I want to change the password (???!). If I provide the IP manually I'm able to connect to mysqueezebox.com but the Radio want find the internal SqueezeCenter.
