I agree - nice to see the staff bikes. Also interesting to see how
tastes change from time to time. Grant's present bike setup looks
different than the Atlantis in the last flyer I have. Not better, or
worse. Just different.
Also wondering - any idea where Grant gets his negatives scanned?
Both are 56cm

It's fun looking at the photos of the Riv staff bikes.
Does anyone know what the rear racks on Mark's bike are?
They look like they fold up and would be perfect on my Saluki
to fit it into the bike lockers at work.

Basically brand new 80 mm dirt drop stem. I put it on a bike with m-bars and
needed more reach. It was mounted for less than 2 weeks. Still pristine. $40
shipped in ConUS.

Hi Everyone,
I purchased my Romulus new in May of 2003. For those who don't recall
(or never needed to know) the bike came new with wire bead Ruffy Tuffy
tires on it. I had been using a set of Kevlar bead Rolly Poly's on
another bike and liked them, so the Ruffy's seemed like a perfect
choice
I'd really like to know if White has taken up manufacturing
derailleurs again. And I'd love a set of White brakes.

Hi Bruce,
Glad to hear that they can be flat free under the right circumstances.
I sure like the way they ride. Thanx too for the tip on Pasela's. I
use them too on other bikes for the same cost issues you mentioned. A
great value.
Jon.

Too pricey to be on all my bikes, but great none the less. I have Paselas

Took a ride on lugged steel today from Davis to Vallejo, where my

Does BQ even acknowledge the existence of that tire size? You could
always do that tire mod Grant showed some years back in a RR . . .

Cool bike. Did you have to order it from the UK, or do shops in the US carry
them? I¹m guessing the only way to run it fixed is the ghetto loctite way
since you¹ve got that special hub on there?
