dreamed a lot but in the end, I'm too chicken. I'm finally trained enough that
I think I could do the distances, but I have this idea that they are doing them
much faster than I could manage. The training tips state

reasonable speeds and distances. They used to do it in collaboration with
Bike Friday and it was the only week that I could consider because I am a
normal human being. Susan and Lon are great folks and the trip was well

Here are some photos of my helmet, which has been through the dishwasher
numerous times. Note the the straps are sparkling clean, all of the decals
(except a little paper sticker that my son’s 3-year-old put on the outside) are
intact, and there’s no apparent damage to the foam.
