Update after a few longer rides on the Clem: I like the position and stiff feel a lot - a much more "controlled" sensation than the stock Boscos - but I'm gettin' the old pipe cutter out. The bars are just a smidge wide for my short arms so I'm going to lop a half-inch off and see what happens.

To me, those photographs do not look like sealant seepage to me. That does not look like something leaking out from the tires and rim. That looks like something splattered on to the tires and rims from some other place. Wipe 'em off and keep an eye on them. See if the splatter pattern comes
