Heavy guy here (250) - I’m a good fit on a 56cm Sam, and good on 60cm Cheviot. PBH 84.5cm. I bet you’d really enjoy a 55cm Cheviot (as mentioned above). I ride my Cheviot with 42mm basketball tires (a.k.a Continental Sport Contact II City Tire) and fenders so there’s room to spare. I’d suggest
