Yes, the Park CCP-1 is 22mm Campagnolo/de facto standard on one side, 23mm traditional TA on the other. If you want to switch, you unscrew the threaded element from the central push bolt, flip it over, and rethread. It was also sold in Schwinn Approved branding, with a red-dipped handle.
