Well, I'm the same weight and I've done ~200 mile on-pavement tours on Pari-Motos (which are even thinner than Compass tires) without flats. In fact, the PMs have been more reliable than I expected even in commuting duty and gravel riding. I've had only 3 or 4 flats in 2 years / ~2000 miles, and
