Well, I'm the same weight and I've done ~200 mile on-pavement tours on
Pari-Motos (which are even thinner than Compass tires) without flats.
In fact, the PMs have been more reliable than I expected even in commuting
duty and gravel riding.  I've had only 3 or 4 flats in 2 years / ~2000
miles, and they've all been from glass shards or wire splinters that would
probably have punctured most tires short of a Marathon.  Maybe I've been
lucky.

That said, I always carry at least one spare tire, at least 2 spare tubes,
and a patch kit.
If you can afford it, I think the weight penalty would be minimal to carry
a second spare tire for such a long trip.

Worst case (if all your spares fail), you end up buying a crappy hybrid
tire from a Wal Mart and you still make it down the road.
