No John, I ordered from the first Taiwan production, Riv screwed up and sold mine to somebody but offered the one Waterford 54 left. I got one by accident. As far as I know the rest were made in Taiwan. Not that it matters, it's the same incredible bike except for the pointy lugs and pain

The fenders are pink! They are planet bike and I don't think they are in production anymore. The rack mounted really easily. The side mounts move vertically so they are easy to line up with the brazeons. It is a heavy rack but pretty bombproof. It can fit a Wald 139 on top with two bags.
