I got a pair of the EZ Mount wheels from Neugent cycling for my wife's new road bike. They live up to their name. On Friday, June 7, 2024 at 10:18:28 AM UTC-7 aeroperf wrote: > Velocity Atlas are also easy to change. > Sometimes it’s the tires, not the rim. Schwalbe Marathon, I’m looking at >

Velocity Atlas are also easy to change. Sometimes it’s the tires, not the rim. Schwalbe Marathon, I’m looking at you. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group. To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send

+1 for the HED Belgiums with Bill Lindsay. Top quality manufacturing, and they build up like a dream. I have had some tires come off by hand (when deflated) with no tire levers needed. As far as the A23, I have found Compass tires (and probably other brands) will stretch after a week or two

Anyone running Pacenti Brevet rims with Compass tires? I like the old-school look - like Mavic MA2s, but 23 mm wide and tubeless ready - and the fact that they're available with 36 holes. I understand that 650B Brevets

I also haven't found a better rim than HED Belgium. I don't have them on every bike, but any new 700C rim I buy will be a HED Belgium. On Friday, May 25, 2018 at 9:58:20 AM UTC-4, Bill Lindsay wrote: > > I’m a 100% HED Belgium one-man shop at this point. They are expensive but > perfecto for

If you're considering the H PLUS SON take a look at the DT R460. Ive been very happy with them. They are tubeless compatible and roughly the same section as the Archetype. Primary difference I see between it and the Archetype are that it has a pinned seam, 10 grams lighter, and has a $48.60

I've had success with Alex DM18s with Compass Stampede Pass Extralights, and with Alex Adventurers with Barlows and Snoqs (both Extralight). I laced up the DM18s for the wheel build myself, and found them easy to work with. rod On Friday, May 25, 2018 at 7:59:50 AM UTC-4, Eric Karnes wrote: >

Yep, I've always used the Stan's rim strips on tubeless compatible rims like the A23. It definitely makes it easier than with traditional rim strips, but still takes a lot of time and effort and sometimes a wee bit of swearing. I think my technique is passable, so maybe I've just had bad luck

What rim strip are you using?  As I said in another message, tires go on and off mine just fine, thanks I believe to the Stans thin tubeless rim strip I'm using. On 05/25/2018 08:12 AM, Eric Karnes wrote: Thanks for the reminder…should have specified 700c! That's been my experience with A23
