No daylight between ring and chainstay eventually means a nice gouge in your
frame. I seem to recall 125mm being spec'd for this application..you need
that 125 Phil.

I've run inners as close as 2 mm to the stay with no problems -- IIRC,
Sheldon permits as little -- but would not want personally to go
closer. IIRC, too, someone on the Boblist was selling a 125 mm Phil
with rings for $85 shipped.
I put a spare 113 Phil on the trike when I swapped out the SunTour
I have a Zephyr triple, and I can't remember for sure, but think that might
be the BB length. My middle ring is 36T, so clearance isn't a problem. I
tried plain rings and couldn't get it to shift at all, so went back to TA
ramped/pinned rings and it's perfect.
