There are problems with saving when you have multiple Excel files open.
So the first thing to do is to close all but one Excel files.

This issue is unsolvable.
As soon as you open multiple Excel files,
with RExcel activated. RExcel is available for all the workboosk and
therefore cannot be changed AND saved.
I will integrate the timezone change in the next release of RExcel,
and in the near future RExcel will become an R package
Could you please git into
Class Module CTime and change
Property Get TimeZoneOffset() As Integer
to
Property Get TimeZoneOffset() As Long
and check if that also solves the problem,.
Then I would commit that change.
