I just saw a Rolls safety data sheet for their FLA batteries that has a section
discussing transport requirements and precautions.
It is on their website.

We've used the inline glass fuses for metering and battery fan
applications for 20 years without trouble. I certainly wouldn't use
them over 5 amps though. I actually tested these inline fuses on a 144
vdc vehicle battery bank once, and they blew without arcing or burning.

How about Midnite din mount 150vdc breakers. 1-63 amp range.

Is anyone out there familiar enough with CEC 2015 to answer a question for
me about load side taps in a generator transfer switch? To the best of
your knowledge, is using load side taps allowed when connecting PV to the
utility side of an ATS?
Thanks,

Hello Wrenches,
I'm looking for in line fuse and fuse holders for a 48 VDC systems in
the 1 - 4 Amp rating. The systems can go 67 VDC. FRN-R fuses have
this rating but are slow blow, 8 seconds at 500% current rating.
Is a glass fuse and in line fuse holder, listed for this voltage and

I think my "wattsuns" look fine with just wire ties and not really any
special effort. It does sound nice to go in the rail.
I can put a pix in here later when I get home if you ask? Not worried
about squirrels here but I would like to get some of the metal bird
protector (often seen at airports)
In the early 90s and for 2 years, I drove for an expedited freight
company. I had my radmat, hazmat and secret service endorsements.
We had to know when to placard when under a hazmat load, where and when
we could and could not travel, safe haven locations, etc.
It's the RQ amount of the hazard
With Solarworld/SnapNRack we run wires in the rail and use clips on the
long edge of the frame when needed. SnapNRack has a clip that fits in the
upper rail groove to hold wires down into it. The snap n rack part you are
referencing (I think they call it 'box frame adapter') is good if you want
to
I use "fir tree" zip ties that will pop into the ground holes in the frame.

If you ask the folks that regulate our lives with lots of rule to save us from
ourselves, of course you must abide by the rules that vary state to state. I
have hauled batteries very openly, well secured, at or below the speed limit
for 29 years on a specially constructed 3 ton capacity trailer

The side rails of the frames are typical with a flange however the short end
frame is this little kind of I beam that does not allow for any wire
clips.
I am wondering what
