relates to my customers situation in concert with PV.
I am in the middle of designing an off-grid power system, battery/inverter etc.
My customer has contracted separately for a 30kw wind generator. They told

As it was told to me, commercial under contract in 19 is good for 19, no
contract then no good and resi well that is a slippery slope and I always
tell my customer to talk to their accountant as they are the ones being
paid and signing off on the taxes.
Your customer needs to verify
We had a similar situation, and are now feeding a battery bank with a
pair of 48 V Iota chargers. Iota can run on very low voltages. We have
one Iota on each leg of the the 120/240 split phase to balance the load.
It works.
