HI Jim, The CC is sure suspect. You didn’t mention what the battery voltage is. Those CC have a hard PV watt input limit. You can try and set it back to factory default and then reprogram, sometimes that works. I don’t use the FM-60, but always the FM-80 because of the fan replacement.

HI Ron, I prefer to use two ON/OFF switches rather than A/B. That way you can always have power to the loads if you want. I can’t say they are the best but the Perko 9703 seems high quality and has been around for years. Its just a single on/off rated at 450 amps continuous and UL marine.
