For some time now I have adopted the policy of deleting without reading
anything containing the head name 'Karen Crook'. I honestly think that too
much time has been spent on this woman and her ideas. It has been obvious to
me for some time that she was either some form of stooge or

interested. I'm sympathetic to your reasons, Trudy, but calling racists
racists seems a reasonable thing to do. So while I agree we should try and

reasons. There are others on this list who have no trouble with the
rules and expect them to be followed. They were there from the
beginning.

As long as the family fights within itself, brothers
against brothers, the enemies of the People need do
nothing ... their war is being fought for them and
they can just watch as their ends are accomplished
without effort on their part.

I heartily agree with Rod on this. Laurie has proved his (I'm
punting, too, here) credentials over and over on this list. At the
very least, as we're moving on past Karen Crooke, let's not allow
her to claim any scalps.

Hi everyoneI've just got to work on Monday morning and realised my
father (Laurie is definitely a 'he', not a 'she') has been excluded from
the list. Trudy I understand your need to keep the emails on a non-abusive
and professional level, but I have to say the comments sent in Laurie's
I, for one, have found the whole thing extremely useful. There have been
some very eloquent and perceptive arguments put forward by people on this
list (Karen aside), and I've learned a lot from them... being that I've
diverged from the path of ingrained racist ignorance, and am still trying to

Yes. A big issue is that we shouldn't put Trudy in the position of
having to carry the can for all

Has anybody counted how much mail has been generated through this
fool or responses to his/her posts?I can't afford the time to follow
this crap. She/he is achieving exactly what he/she is trying to do. I
think I smell a gundji. Discussion has been centred on reasoning with
the unreasonable.
If it ain't broke, don't mess with it. The rules as
posted here by Trudy, as listowner, have worked fine
until now ... status quo, please.

some time ago I asked the
