Stuff like ntsysv and friends were all broken. Maybe this is an ncurses
issue (maybe it has to know about utf-8). You can turn on and off utf-8
using the unicode_start and unicode_stop command on the console.

a normal user to configure users in a specific group only. He is then allowed
to create/delete/modify accounts in that group only. Or you can allow a normal
users to control the queue of a single

you can upgrade to 8.12. But if you want to continue using the vdomains
you will need linuxconf anyway and it will generate a proper sendmail.cf.
You need a recent linuxconf as well as some relay tricks has been closed lately.
