I don't know about plugins for Netscape, but I just installed
MozillaFirebird and it ask if I wanted xpdf to open the pdf
file to view with out setting up anything. It also blocked
pop ups and comes with a windows and linux version and has
an easy place to clear cookies, etc in the options. I've on

Acrobat Reader plugin to work with Netscape (ok, the document is for
Netscape 4.x, but it worked for Netscape 7, although I skipped the part
