Yes u can , if have compiled ur kernel with Y to bsd table support, then use dmesg . it will give somthing like this (if ur bsd slice is /dev/hda2) hda: hda1 hda2 hda3 hda4 < hda5 hda6 hda7 > hda2: Here hda8->/dev/ad0s2a and hda9->/dev/ad0s2b Otherwise , just try hdaN where N > last number for hda

I sent this message to the list about a week ago, and havent received any respnses, Im trying again... Can I mount a FreeBSD disk partition with Mount? It seems I would want to say -t ufs -o,ufstype=44bsd but how would I specify the 'sub-partition' ?? The partition is /dev/hda2, but I need to s
