Is it run from inetd.conf? This was changed in RHL 7 and up, which
uses xinetd... see if you already have entries in /etc/xinetd.d for
your radius server, if not create files like the ones already there.

I upgraded my server from 6.2 to 7, and everything is working OK
but the radiusd server, it will start and I can see it using ps but I just
won't answer on ports 1645 and 1646, could anybody give me a hint on this?

But what I'm looking for is something that can read the detail file
that's created and tell me how much time + how much byte usage each user
has used.

I also noticed that 2 processes for radius are running and then when there
is only 1 it does not work either.

to authenticated users dialing into a USR TC Netserver modem server.
