You might be looking for the following:
other=/dev/hdb1
label=windows
table=/dev/hdb
map-drive = 0x80
to = 0x81
map-drive = 0x81
to = 0x80
This will fool Windoze as if it were on the first
disk.
you can also boot Windoze by

It is common for Windows to want to be on the first primary partition of
the first hard drive, or else it won't boot. Check the Red Hat
documentation on their site for further insight.
