System freeze while bringing up eth0 interface

Second Post. I have RH7.3 installed from downloaded ISO images. The system is basically web server with PHP and MySQL. After the installation the system works fine for several days or even weeks. Unfortunatelly after a while if the machine has to be rebooted the system hangs during bringing up

I'm running into a problem and not sure why it happens - I'm running the updates through RHN and my pc is routinely freezing during the updates. I've reseated my RAM and Video card thinking maybe somehow they came loose. Anyone run into this before or know how to fix it? Mike
