A very long time ago, I reverse-engineered the CWID 70 stupid prom thing and
made one with my call.
I had the manual, a prom burner, and a lot of time to kill. It is a very
similar design to the one in the 70's or early 80's

I had ask what the PROM part number was for this IDer. With these older
IDers they are usually simple and programmed to give a string of 1s to
turn on tone and 0s to turn off a tone and the string is in the CW
sequence to give the ID and the PROM data bit is output to a tone
