I did follow the instructions given in the 'readme' file on how to install the new
Windows GSAS.
However, I only managed to open the PC-GSAS interface by running the shortcut on the
windows desktop. Anything else does not work!
If I try to read an older gsas experiment file and then try to do
file.

Hi Everyone,
I have placed a new Windows version of GSAS on the ftp server
(ftp://ftp.lanl.gov/public/gsas) in the directory "windows". A small number
of bugs in the original version were fixed:
1) A memory problem in GENLES
2) Some things in RAWPLOT for output files, etc.
