'tape machine', we use ogg, best results in our testing and rd imports them
so it has become our chosen codec for remote drops.
Tape machine is the best app for this purpose, believe me we have done the
research on this.

yesterday I had a strange problem. I was ripping a CD (set each cart to new
cart) and when it was ripping a certain track it told me unable to write
file or something like this.
I aborted and tried manually to import one by one the remaining tracks. All
went smooth...

No reason it could not run on any rooted android device,
GUI is laid out for tablet right now I'll have to resize for smartphone but
