Would that work?
Thoughts anyone?
If that wont work on the newer version, would it work on the older version?
3. What ASI cards have about 4-8 in/4-8 out
4. Whats the easiest method to install the da

Any of the ASI5xxx or ASI6xxx series should work fine. Avoid anything in the
ASI4xxx series — those are all obsolete.

Could be any number of things, ranging from DB problems to audio card config
issues to hardware problems. A helpful troubleshooting technique if this

Howdy Folks:
In light of our discussions last week about methods for installing Rivendell on
RHEL-ish distros, I’ve worked up a new approach that attempts to automate the
process as much as possible *without* requiring custom modified installer

For what it's worth, we had some AS!6012 cards that work fine (1 in 2 out)
and will continue to use them a little bit longer and then I purchased

expensive but they are much cheaper than new and are high quality and work

Are there any errors in /var/log/messages ?
Based on your troubleshooting with sound cards, it could be a sample
rate issue - especially if you happen to be using an onboard-sound with
intel-based chipset. Sometimes the Rivendell daemons experience a
sample-rate mismatch with the intel c
Hi all
I have added the faad2 and mp4v2 packages to the Rivendell install v2.14.1
centos 6. Do I need to do/configure anything else to be able to import mp4/aac
files?
Kind regards
