Well, that was unexpected. Even with the new driver, the card isn't recognized. I'll slip it into a Windows machine and see if I can get it to work there. Maybe they sent me a defective card; I've never had that happen before, but there's always a first time for everything. It doesn't like

I am building a new Rivendell system on CentOS 7 following the Paravel instructions. My ASI5810 sound card isn't being recognized, and I believe the reason is that this card requires at least version 4.18.00 of the HPI driver, but the driver installed by the Rivendell installer appears to be 4
