OK I lied, it's not THAT simple. Miscommunication here. Using ALSA was the only way I have been able to have Rivendell play audio. Direct through ALSA and without JACK. OF COURSE I have removed ALSA, with the menu, and checked again in the configuration files directly. I said so. Everything is set

What am I missing or have screwed up in trying to patch Rivendell's output to the soundcard, and the soundcards output to the speakers & streamer? This is probably pretty simple, but I've run out of different ways to approach it again. I have a Dell dual core machine with a built in soundcard run
