Hi. Is it possible to add the "Time Worked" field to the Create page? Sometimes we get a call from a customer, and after that we create a ticket about this. Then we can't add time worked to the ticket without making a comment immediately after creating is. Best regards, Johan Sjöberg

This is something that has probably been asked on the lists many time so bear with me. I want to make the "Worked" field mandatory on every ticket update. I read references on the need to do Call Backs but not sure what Syntax to use to achieve this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm seeing some unusual behavior on an RT 3.8.9 system just upgraded from 3.6.6. It has to do with pasting text from Outlook or Word into a ticket, and results are different from browser to browser. Results seem to be the same regardless of whether we are using rich or plain text formatting.
