How did you add that person to the alert?
Via the ADD button next to the "TO" of that WHAT tab?
If so then check if the log show anything about sending the alert or not being
able due to an empty TO (typicaly due to the person not being set active).
If the NTUserID is blank then nothing is used.
For certain events I want to have a message popup.
So when the user e.g. "Karl" is logged in at the local computer and the remote
server "123" switches to "down"
a popup should appear on the screen/desktop of user "Karl"
When I enter in the "Alert" section under "What" ADD person=default
Nothing
It's been a while, but if I remember correctly you need to add a .1 to the
end of the OID. I have mine as 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.8.1 <- the .1 was added.
