In that case, how do you explain that I can ping using
hostname? Also, is there anyone that what I cna do do solve this

The 1219 is because there is already an active
connection.
A little theory:
IF from system_1, user_1 has an active
connection to system_2, then user_2 can't have an active connection from
system_1 to system_2
=> that

Oh, I forgot to mention. I can ping via hostname in SA but not the rest of the checks like hard disk space, service, processes etc.

Suggest you can do a ping hostname and see what your system (which host
SAlive) resolved it to.
Perhaps your system still "remember" the old ip.
This could due to system internal cache or the static entry in your system
local host file.
