configured and how the fall-back on the SMTP server is configured too.

Interesting. When I have all ports open, I get a 220
return right away. When only 25 is open, I get a 220 return after exactly 30
seconds every time.

Looks like SA is able to connect to the port but is not
receiving the correct return from the server.
Leaving the timestamps from the logging could confirm
this.
