Note the asymmetry between neptun and neptun$. Is this intended?

Newbie problem again... Ive been setting up a samba box for a few days now and have
been quite successful in most respects. I can get the win2000 machines to join the
domain and I can see the password being authenticated too. I can even see the shared
drives.
The problem
i stumble into the following prob..
got 302 - mysql3 - rh9
i have aprox 1200 users, and 1190 are domain users..
i got like 5 users, who should be mapped into domain user
mapped into domain admin ???

When I am trying to access a share on Samba PDC from a workstation in
trusted domain (bidirectional trust) and the client says Unexpected
network error expected after asking me for username and password for
the share (which I enter correctly). What can be the problem?

computers. There are 4 98 machines of which 2 are giving her, and now me,

This may have something to do with it, but as the article states Win9x timeouts can't
be changed, and it doesn't explain why 2 of your 4 systems are OK - just a thought.

The curious thing with the XP and 2k stations is that the user seems somehow
