actually is exactly the same issue, i tried to do as is suggested in the
reply to that post but no luck, going in the directory and doing
configure/make, do anybody maybe have any suggestion.

aacplusenc but I think something else is missing, I remember some times
ago being able to install with this support but I had to install some
proprietary stuff, I just don't remember and google is not helping.

this is an example for filenames that has different char encoding, on
the filesystem I could see it as Veinte A?nos
I solved it quickly installing an external tool "convmv" that converts
filenames chars encoding on the filesystem...it was "quick and dirty"
