Just came out rom a Transformers screening. The human storyline is the usual
Michael Bay soft-stuff. But when its time for the Transformers to get it on,
they get it on. The battles are no joke.

I honestly never turned the sound on during Cleopatra 2525, so I
have no idea what the show's about. but give me Gina Torres in a
similar outfit ANY day, and I'll sign a petition to keep the show on
the air.

Roundtree Has Need For Speed
Richard Roundtree has joined the cast of Warner Brothers' Speed Racer,
Larry and Andy Wachowski's live-action adaptation of the 1960s cartoon,
according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Speed centers on young race-car driver Speed (Emile Hirsch) and his
quest for glory
Theaters aren't the problem. A Michael Moore movie means ticket
sales. F/911 sold quite a few tickets well past the opening weekend.
These kind of movies are good for business. An Inconvenient Truth may
not have been a blockbuster, but it sold some tickets, which is
ESPECIALLY important
Martin is smiling...

My concern's more along the lines of viewability. Right now, where I live, I
know of a dozen people who want to go see the movie, but the thought of having
to travel halfway across town is daunting them into reconsidering.

Matinee, my friend. Matinee. I haven't gone to see a movie at 8pm
in a long time. I'm out of here in like 20 minutes to see it in
Charlotte. 7 bucks. 8pm? $9.25. And I won't go into what's in the
backpack when I roll to the multiplex...

My friends, if you are going to this movie, and you will go, but
if you are going expecting intellectual stimulation, exchange your
ticket for Sicko, and go THAT way. There is nothing for you here.
This movie is for anyone who has ever had a Transformer toy when
they were between 8
There were some huge fighting robots in it too!
Saw it last night. Co-sign.
